Feedback



The feedback form enables authors, reviewers and superusers to rate the level of service provided by Logos throughout the various phases of the project.

As indicated in the figure, one of the following ratings may be assigned:

  1. Excellent
  2. Very Good
  3. Good
  4. Average
  5. Poor

It is possible to express a specific rating for the various aspects of the project (e.g. customer service, communication, quality-price ratio, timeliness, translation quality, DTP quality and engineering).

As well as indicating the level of satisfaction for the various areas, brief suggestions or comments may be entered in the Suggestions and Comments field.

This information is carefully evaluated and is essential for continually raising the level of service offered by Logos, thereby improving customer satisfaction.
