This is what we are looking for:

Ideally, a minimum of 2-3 years professional translation experience
Mother-tongue speaker of the target language
University degree
Experience in using applications such as Framemaker, MS Word, etc.
Experience in using translation memory-based tools, such as TRADOS, Transit, SDLX, etc.
In-depth domain knowledge of subject areas, such as software, medical, engineering, automotive, etc.
The ability to turn around large volumes within tight deadlines
The ability to work in an organized, structured manner
The ability to communicate clearly
An eye for detail
